UGHH. NEVER drive on I-5 (main freeway between southern and northern CA) on the sunday after Thanksgiving. This is a freeway that goes through the middle of nowhere and is typically a prime stretch of road for speeding. Instead, today it was congested for most of the 300 mile trip with everyone returning back to their respective homes after the holiday, back to work… like us.
It was a nice week “off”, though we did bring work home with us, and now we’re back. I’m pretty exhausted after driving for 8 hours…So I’ll just leave by saying, there’s some big updates coming this week, and later this month. For starters the HK DVD goes on sale this week. And we’re releasing a “new” short. Just a little something we put together specifically for the ISA concert back in September. Here’s a couple preview stills just for our faithful readers.
It’s December again!

I know what you’re talking about. The same thing happened around Christmas when my family and I were traveling from SF down to LA. All you could see was cars in the distance and since we turned down the wrong way of the intersection, it took us an HOUR extra (to what? turn around a tenth of a mile?)- we were supposed to get to a family friend’s house at 10PM on Christmas Eve, but since we were so late, it ended up being 3AM on Christmas Day… not fun. I think we spent an hour and half on that stretch of road alone, for a single mile going like 1MPH. It sucked. Majorly.

Hummm.. I never really have to deal with crazy traffic and things. Nova Scotia doesn’t really get too congested. Plus I take the bus everywhere. I’d take the crazy traffic instead of snow though

Zomg, Wes’ Stunna Shades… must be incredibly stunna
That it reflects the light back!
Becuase he wears his sunglasses at night. (Well.. I don’t know if he does, but if he does! That’s odd, but good song).
For some reason, Ted’s glasses reminds me of.. the Predator.. or someone along the lines of that!
Also, about the highways, 99 is nice, atleast on the day of the holiday (like the actual holiday, not too sure about the days surrounding it), since it’s the route trucks take, you won’t see that many on the holiday becuase some truckers will be taking the day off
. Just a tip. Or atleast I think so.. not too sure.

Ooh, the short from the ISA concert (: i faintly remember something about wes being very violent….=X hehheh.
8 hours, that’s just brutal. as if the regular 6 hour drive isn’t already bad enough.
December 1, 2008 at 3:32 pm
omg. it’s a line of cars. I’ve never seen anything like that before. I think I came home once from Thanksgiving in LA and it was a pretty long car ride. Maybe I don’t remember seeing something like this because I was sleeping! oh yeahh….
ooh…a new short. Can’t wait. That’s a pretty enticing still right there. there were no links. Gasp.

Oh my gosh! Ted’s glasses looking freaking awesome! Looking forward to the new short and DVD coming out. Gotta find a credit card that works! Ahhhh man.
Sorry about the tough trip. The things Wong Fu puts up with for their loyal fans when they could just get a normal job… awwwwww. So great.

yea traffic I heard was horrible coming up to gville from south florida. The drive that usually takes about 4-5 hours max with some traffic took some people 8 hours because there were soo many cars an accidents on the Turnpike and I-75.
Thank goodness I came up Saturday.
btw, love the stills, I can only imagine whats going on lol
