New Year Resolutions. Yes, everyone talks about it at the start of the new year but do people ask if you completed the one you made last year? I want to know! This is going to sound silly but I actually forgot what my new year resolution was or did I even make one? I forget, a year is a long time! This isn’t to say I don’t have any goals, when you get older you start thinking about your accomplishments, you start thinking about your future, your future’s future. All of a sudden lists emerge, lists with places to go, things to do and acquire but this is an on going process not something with a start and end date. Let me know what you guys think about New Year Resolutions and if you have one let us know!

I don’t think I ever made resolutions but I do recall things that I wanted to accomplish over time. One was to exercise some more one way or another and I did. This year after find out about the People to Yoga place where yoga is base on donation, I’ve been going to it once or twice a week. Another was to lose some weight and to keep myself on a better diet and I accomplish that to a certain extended. I wanted to lose some weight for over a yr or so but I haven’t been able to accomplish that till recently. I lost 16lb in 3-4 months timespand. Even though it’s not a huge but I’m losing it in a more healthier way and I did accomplish my goal somewhat. I should start thinking of resolutions for 2009…

Hmmm… I think I remember last year’s resolution, but it’s pretty vague. And if I wrote down my resolution, I’d probably lose the paper before the month.
I think I should stop procrastinating. But then I’d procrastinate on fixing it. Or maybe I’m just being lazy?
Well, I think I’ve had it with resolutions.

Hum. Resolutions. Hum. I got nothing. I think I can afford a bit of procrastination, unhealthy eating, sleeping in, playing more video games… I GOT IT! Comment more on the Wong Fu Blog! I will succeed!!

I’m impressed, I didn’t know Ted could read Chinese.
I made one resolution for 2008, only one, because when you make too many, you tend to forget, and it’s easier to fulfill.
I tried to make it meaningful, but it was way too vague. “Less talk and thought, more action.” I think this time around, I need to be more specific.
New Year’s Resolutions: Travel. Travel. Travel. And more wheat bread.

I really haven’t made a new year’s resolution ever.. but since I graduated high school I felt like I had to set goals and resolutions.. so this New Year I’m making a list.. I mean, it doesn’t have to be achieved just in one year ryt? Some things take time..
Best wishes to everyone on the New Year.. Hope we all reach our goals and stick to our resolutions!

2009 Resolutions:
- Exercise 5 times a week (because school charges for rec center in tuition and need to lose the infamous freshman 15 =_-)
- Try not to procrastinate (because it’s bad for you even though pretty much everyone does it)
- Sleep before 3am (I usually sleep at 5/6am since I started college @_@)
TIP:
Put post-it notes of resolutions around the house to remind yourself
Ted, do you have a new year’s resolution?
December 29, 2008 at 1:16 am
I never made one last year, but I’ve got one this year! Eating a lot healthier. I’m not fat or unhealthy… but I don’t wanna take any risks and end up worse in later life. Oh yeah!

I had one…but I forgot…maybe I should write it down…I think that would help a lot

I’ve never made one before, but now you’ve got me thinking. I wonder who made up the new year’s resolution tradition.
Do you guys have any for next year?
=D
