I’m about 4 days late, but I’ve been so excited since the night of. Had to take a sec to congratulate our buddies Quest Dance Crew for being crowned America’s Best Dance Crew! These guys are so amazingly talented, so funny, and so driven, they inspire me. I remember back in college dancing at the same functions with Feng’s and Hirano’s teams and always being so amazed by their skills, and to see them now on MTV taking home the ultimate prize really makes me happy. Hok, Ryan, Dominic, Victor, Steve…their journey from “So You Think You Can Dance” to ABDC just shows tremendous determination, and it paid off. I really tip my hat off to you guys.
I remember last year when FM brought them onto our “Dance Like Michael Jackson” music video shoot, a lotta ppl wondered why we hadn’t gotten some other teams to feature…but we knew how dope Quest was and believed in them. And to those who saw them at our first ISA show last September, don’t you feel lucky?? I do. =)
Can’t go w/out saying though, that BEAT FREAKS were outstanding. They did something for the show, for young ladies, for everyone watching, that no one else had done and I really commend them. They truly deserved to win just as much. I’m sure they’ll still have many great things come their way.
I talked to Feng later that night and he said “thank you so much” for us helping to spread the word to get our fans and supporters to vote for them. So “thank YOU” for following through. This is the kind of support and unity we need in our community and it’s so cool to see it manifest!

it truly was fortunate that i got to watch them at the first ISA; ever since then, i’ve been following them. &; i was really happy to hear from kev that they’d be in abdc. they’ve really come a long way =)

it was funny watching their final piece, orQUESTra because i distinctly remember being awed at the novelty of Steve’s flip but having the odd feeling of seeing it before. Then, I went back and watched this MV again, trying to recognize faces.
Its great seeing them here first and then going on to win something like ABDC.

I was so excited to hear that quest crew won. I was anticipating the results the whole show. I got so excited I accidently hit my head on the wall. All of their shows were very entertaining, and it made me want to get back into dance. Them as well as all the crews were very inspiring.

Just wanna say that since season 3 of abdc started I’ve been hooked with quest.. their performance goes beyond dancing.. I loove it! we (the fans-mostly everyone) looove it! Go QUEST!

Yup Quest is the best! I’m so glad that Ryan got to show off his piano skills. He’s come along way from our HS days.

Season 3 was soo awesome! :] and I love their last piece – orQUESTra… it was definitely amazing! AND I can sure see that they put their hearts out on that dancefloor on that night.. but not only that night but every show throughout the WHOLE season…!
