Summer is coming. Or here already! I can’t tell. But it will be full of summer-loving. In the form of online videos (what else?). Remember those shorts that we made in Hong Kong? Well, we will be releasing three of the “DVD only” shorts for online watchability starting this week. I guess that makes them not so DVD only huh? Anyways, the point is…new stuff to watch! All of the shorts in our One Days: HK collection (read the review!) have been selected to film festivals and soon, they’ll be online for you guys to see. We’ll release one short each month. Keep reading for the release date and synopsis of each short.
MAY 21: DREAM LINE
A couple spend a carefree day together with the underlying knowledge that they may soon have to separate. The two share bittersweet memories as they recall their time together in the busy city. From the subway to the ferry, Hong Kong’s public transportation carries their story and also acts as a metaphor for the future of their relationship. Written as a prequel to “The Spare” (VC Film Fest 2008). Shot in one day in Hong Kong.
JUNE 21: THE RETURNING
Are we defined by our actions or our intentions? What determines if we are righteous individuals? What pushes us to return to our inherent human nature? After reviewing the products of their day’s take, two crafty pickpockets must make an unexpected decision. Shot in one day in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.
JULY 21: SEE THROUGH
Two foreigners travel to Hong Kong for different reasons surrounding their past/current relationships. After an unusual meeting a curious relationship is formed for one evening and the two strangers find comfort and understanding through each others words and presence. Shot in one day in Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong.

Wow, that is so wonderful to hear!!
and I am also very delighted at the fact that ‘See Through’ is being released on the day of my birthday! And I was highly anticipating to see that. I guess that would be…my bday present from you guys…in a somehow indirect way.

The Returning most defiantly was awesome, it felt so natural and excellent. Can’t wait to see it on the web seeing how my friend has my DVD and seems to not be wanting to return it. sigh.

sounds awesome. can’t wait to see them. I’ve been slacking on watching all your guy’s video’s lately. Its finals atm. But watching your guys video does are just the thing when I’ve been studying too much. Thanks for that, well can’t wait to see the new shorts!
