AngryAsianMan is an incredible blog that focuses on news about Asian Americans. (No he’s not always angry) And a perfect example to prove his “happy” side is the list he’s compiling this month of the “30 Most Influential AAs Under 30″.
“Each day this month, I’ll reveal one person from the list — a young person (30 years old or younger) who is making a difference in his or her community, profession and the world at large.”
 
It is with great pleasure to say that we made his list today. Read his post about us. I’m honored to be recognized by such an influential individual himself, and to be on the same list as the others is very humbling…but kinda cool. I do read his blog on a regular basis, but I’ll admit, that this month I was a little more anxious, hoping we’d make the cut. haha. At the same time, being acknowledged as “influential” is not something we take lightly. We’ve known for awhile that a lot of ppl were following us, and watching us. And really, that’s a lot of pressure. We don’t want to screw up, we don’t want to let all our supporters down. Most of all, we don’t want to “waste” this huge gift we’ve been given that is your support. With that said, we gratefully accept this position and will do our very best to do good things in the community and industry when we have the chance. Just wanted to let you all know how thankful we are to have you all here reading, and watching. You make us who we are.

dang…i’m glad we’re still under 30 and can still be eligible for stuff like this. =P

I was so excited when I saw that today! I checked back several times a day hoping you guys would make it. So glad to know there are people out there who get to do what they love and be able to touch people at the same time…it’s a true blessing to be able to do that. Hoping the FM guys make it too, they seriously work so hard!

CONGRATS!!! I love AAM’s blogs, and to have recognize you guys it’s like whoaaa. Esp when half the other people have connections with Pres. Obama. But you guys held your own, and created your own , not political, way of getting on the list. Congrats… you guys are true role models!
