Here at Wong Fu, the 3 of us rarely celebrate any of our accomplishments or releases. Maybe we’re too boring. But thanks to Sam and his friends who organized a little party, we had the chance to celebrate the release of his music video last Thursday.
During the day we uploaded Sam’s new video “Red Light” for the world to see. Later that night, we got together with Sam, the rest of the cast (friends) and other close buddies at one of the locations we shot at, Maitreya Bar and Grill in Los Angeles. There
we projected the video on the wall for everyone to see, and just hung out and caught up with all of them, some we hadn’t seen since we shot the video in July.
With Sam, his gf Amy (girl in the video), and Dustin who helped produce.
C’mon, we had to pose and do a funny pic. You know I gotta rock my invention, “the unicorn” Ted is tired of it now.
Other friends who came out for the fun, Chris (from Up in Da Club, Poser!) and David! It turned out to be a really fun night. Maybe we should celebrate more often. =P

I was actually thinking the same thing! John Legend has the same sound and feel to his music.
Another thing, John Legend has a song titled “Green Light.” Sam’s song is titled “Red Light”

oh phil – i showed one of my best buddies “Poser” and he introduced the unicorn to his classmates in dentistry…there’s a whole bunch of them rocking that pose all the time now. Everytime they post up new pictures there’s at least 4 pictures with the unicorn.

Nice! Your video definitely got me into Sam’s music. Kinda reminds me a little bit of John Legend but with rapping as a twist. Keep doing what you do guys.
