And so, as time cannot be stopped, another week has passed, and another Wong Fu Weekends has arrived!
So as you know we’ve got a new office, but…there’s no furniture in it yet. So where does everyone go first? IKEA! We just went to scope things out, get some ideas of what we wanna do. Didn’t get that much work done because really… IKEA is too much fun.
Past Wong Fu Weekends?

I was laughing so hard when you read the books, it was a swedish book but when you read it, it sounded like German or something

March 2, 2010 at 4:42 pm
Wes & Ted camaflouging, lawlz
And lol, Burbank. I still find it weird to see local places in the Wong Fu videos, haha;;
March 2, 2010 at 9:57 am
LOL @ Ted: I don’t like seeing Phil’s face and @ Ted Bed. IKEA is a pretty fun place to walk around in. NYC just had one a few years ago and I’ve been there a few times just to walk and play around at. My friend were no fun though. Just walk and got ICE CREAM!!! at the end.

Is this site a wordpress based site? Or built from scratch
March 2, 2010 at 3:27 am
So I’m new to the Wong Fu world, but after spending the past 8-9 days reading all your blogs, this blog and watching your videos I finally feel adequately up to date with all things WF. I just wished I heard about you guys earlier, so many missed competitions. But better late than never right.
You guys are extremely inspirational and talented. Oh and OMG, Natalie was right, fricking things are ridiculously cheap over there, 8 bucks for a table?!?!?!? I’m in Melbourne (Australia) I was about to pay 30 bucks for a lil chair at Ikea. Haven’t been to Costco here yet, but heard membership is about $60 a year. How much is it in the US anyone?
Sorry for long message, just happy I can have my life back (not that’s it was a chore to read and watch your stuff, coz it wasn’t at all, and back to a very old post about procrastinating, that would totally apply to me!).
Cheers fellas.

no 500 Days of Summer reenactment? =(
February 28, 2010 at 1:55 pm
i love going to ikea!!! By the way, you were reading two different languages! the books where the a’s had two dots on top are swedish and the ones with a circle on top were danish….or norwegian. I can’t tell since you only showed the swedish one clearly! hahahaahah.
February 28, 2010 at 4:07 am
“I live in the sky apparently…” Maybe you have hundreds of balloons attached to your house, Phil.
Wes reading angrily and enjoying his sexy space bedroom?!
LOL @ Ted: “I don’t like seeing Phil’s face.” Hahaha, you guys are too funny. X)
Oh and that awkward turtle moment was ohhh-so awkward indeed… ! LOL
February 27, 2010 at 10:38 am

February 27, 2010 at 10:06 am
I would just love to outfit my entire room with IKEA furniture.
I bought this one bed that was on display- it’s futon, but it was a pain to put together.
February 27, 2010 at 2:34 am
Yes, Wes, I do have that $7 side table o_o And Phil, I have one of those tables in my living room. My roommate kind of went crazy at Ikea. Everything we have is from Ikea o_o wahhhh Even my bed and desk. Ikea FTW!! IKEA ICE CREAM FTW!!
I have such a hard time looking for the restrooms
February 27, 2010 at 2:33 am
“Nu hade gudomen fått sitt och alla andas ut”
Translation: The god/deity had gotten what was his, so everyone could relax.
a more direct translation would be: Now the god had got what was his and everyone could breath out.
I also want to point out that there was no google translate invovled, I’m actually swedish…….ok asian swedish but it still counts =)
February 26, 2010 at 11:34 pm
solid wes & liquid ted. haha. the best part of IKEA is the ice cream.
February 26, 2010 at 11:08 pm
Yay IKEA! I love that place. But the first time I went to one, which was when I was about 18, I got lost in the store. And I had no idea how to get out. It got to the point that I started to panic and cry. But eventually I had a brilliant idea to go out where I entered after an hour of trying to find my way to the registers by following the arrows. (the arrows at the IKEA i went to were not helpful at all -_-’) I finally found my family and we headed home.
But I love IKEA now. although I will never again will I go off on my own in that store. XP
