The World Expo (World’s Fair) is a HUGE international event that takes place once every few years, and it’s been happening for over 150 years!!
Have you heard of the World Expo? Even if you don’t think so, you have w/out even knowing it. The Eiffel Tower was made for the World’s Fair in 1889. The Space Needle in Seattle, the Palace of Fine Arts, the Unisphere and Observatory Towers in Queens… all for the World’s Fair when they took place there in the past.
So yeah, with that said, hope that legitemizes the scale of the World Expo. And this year, it’s taking place in Shanghai! Furthermore you can be a part of it!!

Facebook wall huh…..wish I could but I don’t have an account with them and I’m too lazy to get one. That does sound great though. I think it would be great to show one big wall of diversity in America with an emphasis on families with mixtures of different ethnicities. I know my family has a few different ethnicities in it and oddly enough we all get confused for an ethnicity of another family member and they in turn get confused with someone else’s. An example is, I constantly get asked if I’m Asian, Japanese, or half Japanese half Spanish when I’m really mostly Spanish with some native blood and some other ethnicities and my half Japanese cousins get asked if they’re from Spain or my half German cousins get confused with native Americans . My full blooded Spanish cousins get asked if they’re Irish (they’re read heads),and it just goes on but it really does say a lot about the cultural diversity of many families, and how far we’ve come. So far the only shared experience every one of them has had (for us) is how they all have gone through working in the fields picking grapes, speaking the Spanish language, and the Mexican culture even if we’re not all from Mexico.

just simply amazing…its great that the world expo is doing this but it is even more grateful that you guys are willing to collect thousands of people’s picture and create a wall of diversity… it shows respect and i admire that very much
