WONG FU WEEKENDS: EPISODE 3

Right on schedule. Not bad eh?

Natalie Tran, you all know her has the incredibly sarcastic and witty CommunityChannel, was in town recently. Silly her, she decided to use her one free day to meet and hangout with us. haha, what a waste. ok jk. We actually showed her a pretty good time I’d say. All day she kept saying all she really wanted to do while she was in America was get a Churro. She also kept griping about how cheap our electronics are here. (ipods over there are over$100 more expensive). So being the smart kids that we are, we decided to kill two birds with one stone…COSTCO. churros, and cheap stuff. From there we went onward to Target for some more cheap stuff. Her reaction to seeing $1 Churros is priceless.

We’ve blogged about her how many times now? You really really needa go subscribe to her and watch her stuff!! (link). She’s working on a new website, can’t wait to see how awesome that’s gonna be.

And if you missed last week’s episode… right down there.

WONG FU WEEKENDS: EPISODE 2

WONG FU WEEKENDS: EPISODE 1

  1. I wanna make love to Natalie Tran i wanna nurture her kitty kat

  2. its fun living in california

  3. Great Scott! This one meat-head at work was basically sharing with me this same specific detail. Nonetheless, since I am just about to stop working, I suppose I could give you a connect. Not too many visitors know about this, but you will immediately get a $1,000 gift card for free at this time, kind regards of the lazy regional administrator. These guys would certainly do anything for more business!!

  4. we have a costco in australia (melbourne)… it’s not that cheap… but from what i gather, it seems that food is really cheap in america!

    • hahaha, that’s why Americans get fat
I’m American, so I admit to it

      • r u srs? r u srs? $1? in australia that thing would be about $4- $6.. yeh not that cheap

      • lol same

  5. C’mon! There’s free refills at Hungry Jacks! xD

    • XD yes there is but that’s about it

  6. LOL wes, you don’t look grumpy or upset. just incredibly bored. :P

btw what happened to no commuting to work and being green? just kidding, haha congratulations. :]

  7. hahaha omg that in n out and costco looks exactly like mine!! but i don’t think they visited mine..so im guessing costcos and in n outs look the same everywhere?? haha i love them!

  8. I agree with Leslie and Rachel. In n Out needs to come to the rock. I keep hearing how amazing it is. In any case that was an awesome episode. Wong Fu + Communitychannel just has win written all over it.

  9. That would have been awful if Costco ran out of churros before Natalie Tran got to make her order. Wong Fu Super Powers prevail again hehe :)

  10. I think I live near that costco, target, and In n out. Is that near Rowland Heights?

    • no it’s in alhambra

  11. Target + In-N-Out is the best combo ever.

  12. GAH!! The churro part made me hungry. T-T NOOO!! Ah well, I guess I should eat now. :) By the way, loved the styrofoam weapons.

  13. #1 Don’t procrastinate
#2 Buy music support the artists you like
#4??? Be forgiving of lame wongfu weekends
    What happened to #3??

  14. australia is SOO expensive. a $20 tee is considered cheap. =-=

    • great, now i know i won’t be getting much when i go visit.. stick to pictures only. lol

      • ahaha not really… but yeh $20 is the average price of a decent t-shirt around here. suprised? if u visit i suggest u dont go & buy those lame souvenir type things that would probs only cost u $1 but over here it’s $5 & just eat food. thats wat i do when i go on holidays :) EAT A MEATPIE (if u havent already, & dont have mcdonalds coz our mcdonalds sucks… have red rooster :) 100% aussie)

    • i could get like 6 shirts for $20 o_0

      • r u kidding? i am so gonna save up & go to the US & buy millions of shirts & jeans

    • Agreed! So many times I want clothes from overseas and just the shipping alone costs as much as the items themselves.

  15. Ahhh, Wongfu + Community Channel = GOLD.

Hahah, I didn’t know Austrailia was so expensive! And I agree with Leslie ^ – Hawaii needs In and Out!

  16. costco is GREAT! nearest one is Gilroy but its just me and the hubby so really no reason to do so, dontcha know!

  17. I lol’d soo hard when ted was criticizing phils driving. It was too funny, “you forget about that you’re leading people”. I died.

    -TeamNG

  18. The thing about the prices of products is so true. iPhones are like $1000. Ridonculous.

  19. That looks like an awesome weekend! Now that you have taken her to the cool spots, what else is there left to see? ;)

  20. Ahh looks like you guys had fun!
