Music by: David Choi (link). Watch as the camera plummets to its death at the end.
Behind the Scene Footage:
PHOTOS:
Some things never change, even with more equipment then what we started with, we still go back to the ridiculous basics. Ted is acting as a bipod for a quick shot since we forgot our actual tripod. oops.
After all these years, still just the 3 of us, a camera, and the actors. In the hills of Griffith Park…see the Observatory in the distance?
Anthony was actually in the military. He served several years ago and those are his actual Army fatigues. For the true military buffs, yes, this design has since been replaced with new ones.
Philip standing in for Wes. Rachel is not pleased.

Nice job! Though I had a hard time hearing what was being said in the Behind the Scenes… It’s funny that you guys need to use each other as a tripod sometimes.
February 11, 2010 at 8:57 pm
Great stuff showing us behind the scene and how you guys go about doing things. Also, what kind of Canon camera is Wes using to shoot the video?
February 11, 2010 at 7:49 pm
Would you guys mind putting up “The Letters” on here? I told my Spanish teacher about it since we were discussing Facebook today, and she wants to show the class, but Youtube is blocked at our school. Please. Thank you
February 11, 2010 at 3:43 pm

February 10, 2010 at 4:12 pm

February 10, 2010 at 4:10 pm
The blooper video isn’t showing up anymore! D=
February 10, 2010 at 1:15 pm
i loved all of these. the quality of the videos and photos are awesome! and the facebook stalking… hilarious! when anthony was talking to his “wife” and he ran off to meet her to get tacos was funny. i was a little confused cause i know my reaction to hear my husband would be different. i’d say my favorite was “The Letters” tho. “he’s also fat, good luck with that!” HA it rhymes
February 10, 2010 at 1:03 pm
I thought there were bloopers?
February 10, 2010 at 12:06 pm

February 10, 2010 at 11:26 am
From the behind the scenes videos it looks like you guys used a DLSR to shoot the video. What model did you guys use? I can’t tell by the pictures

Wong Fu es muy magnifico! Excelente! Phil, Wes, and Ted: You guys are amazing
February 10, 2010 at 2:51 am
You guys should turn the logo at the end of the shorts into a t-shirt. i’d buy a bunch!!
February 10, 2010 at 1:46 am
A Ted-bipod’s better than a tripod! Everyone’s into “organic” these days anyway! =D
February 10, 2010 at 1:44 am
“After all these years, still just the 3 of us, a camera, and the actors.”
And guess what? It STILL works! You guys have some kind of magical chemistry going on here. I wouldn’t change a thing, unless you absolutely had to. Keep showing folks the amazing things you can do with a good story, minimal resources and A LOT of passion!

You guys have the best job ever. And do such great work. I loove the Spanish one especially. “I learned English for you, carajo!!” Hahaha
February 10, 2010 at 1:11 am
That Spanish speaking man really reminds me of Javier Bardem in No Country for Old Men…
Call it friendo…
February 10, 2010 at 1:48 am
I thought the same! This actor is, thankfully, a lot less creepy.

LOL love how Ted closes the door on Mr. Solider Husband man.
February 9, 2010 at 9:41 pm
Awesome job! You guys truly captured the conventional ways of romance (in a slightly over-dramatic fashion), letting in the convenient but frigid nature of technology anticlimactically strike us back into the 21st century.
I’d love to know the background behind the story and the actors/actresses!
February 9, 2010 at 9:35 pm
Great job!!! It really shows how much hard work you guys put into your videos and how fun it can be at the same time! Keep it up!
February 9, 2010 at 9:35 pm

February 9, 2010 at 8:49 pm
Hey guys, I can really appreciate how your trying to include other cultures (and not just casting asian actors lol) into your shorts – which is especially evident in these ones.
I know that when I watch them, it just feels right seeing the casting of actors done as it represents the audience themselves realistically.
Plus, thanks for making the quality of all your stuff so high, it’s well worth the wait as I often find myself watching and re-watching a lot of your stuff.
Thanks for the good work!
February 9, 2010 at 8:45 pm
good observation, funny execution! that’s why I love WONG FU production!!!!
destiny-facebook.. epic!
February 9, 2010 at 8:23 pm
Wow! These are all pretty awesome. Especially Destiny. I don’t know what was funnier, Phil offering to poke her, or saying that she went to high school with Ted (in South Africa!? ha). Classic stuff.
Lots of behind the scene goodies very much appreciated too!
February 9, 2010 at 8:11 pm
