Oh, and if you are to visit again, DC’s better free places are the Smithsonian and Museum of Natural History.

I feel kinda bad, but I couldn’t stop laughing when you said “I’m going to sleep on the plane” and then it was just babies screamin’.
Great. I’m probably gonna get like 10 babies screamin’ their heads off the next time I go on a flight to the other side of the world or something.

Some of the best steaks (read: philly cheesesteak sandwiches) can be had from no-name corner shops and street vendors. The tourist traps (Pat’s, Geno’s) are generally substantially sub-par. Jim’s on South Street is pretty good. Cheese whiz on steaks is a sad, sad thing. I was taken once to a hole-in-the-wall in North Philly that had the best steak I’ve ever eaten, but I refuse to return until they change their name, which contains a racial slur against Asians.

I completely agree with Ted on the Delorean. It seriously is a terribly built car — I mean seriously, STEEL? But what makes it great is the madness of it all — that and the fact that they used it in Back to the Future. But oh well, as long as everyone loves it right? HAHA!
Personally I’d rather deal with termites in a Vintage Morgan, or rust in a Citroen DS.
