It’s a mouthful… “Forever Endless Valentine of my Winter Heart”, but hey, you can’t hold back emotions sometime. Fans have always wondered what it’d be like if Wong Fu made a Korean Drama. Well, if we ever really went down that route, it’d probably look something like this.

We had a lot of fun with this one, although shooting, directing, and editing in a language none of us understood was challenging. Here are some fun facts about this short…

• The script was first written in English, then translated by Ivy, who was also the makeup artist.
• Sam, who played the doctor, is also the one singing the closing song, which was produced by David Choi.
• Inspiration came from the Kiss “Because I’m a Girl” music video and “My Sassy Girl”
• The characters are named after a couple of Phil’s favorite kpop stars. Can you guess who?
• Joe, who played the boy, goes to school at UC San Diego and drove up to LA for the shoot.
• The short was shot at the same house we shot Alyssa Bernal’s music video. The backyard, scene in the outro sequence was in the Alyssa video
