After 6 challenging weeks of writing, shooting, and editing a new episode each week, we’ve finally reached the finale of our series “Away We Happened”!
(Realized we didn’t post about last week’s episode 5…too much going on, didn’t have time.) So if you are two episodes behind, first watch Ep 5 below.
We’re so honored to have had the chance to work on this big project with AT&T and these great actors/friends and an awesome crew.
To be totally honest, we were so nervous going into this project, not sure of how it would all turn out, and how people would react, so all the positive feedback has been amazing. We were worried that we wouldn’t be able to keep up each week, or that the story would get out of hand, or that we would just get too stressed out, but thankfully everyone involved was great to work with and it all went relatively smoothly!
One of the best comments we’ve been seeing is how everyone wishes there were more episodes, and longer too. We wish we could make more and have them be 30 min each, lol, but we were limited in time and resources so this is where AWH ends…for now
. Just know that we’ve been really encouraged by the response and there will be lots of great projects ahead. Just because AWH is over, it doesn’t mean that we’re done! This just means we’re making room for new projects that you’ll love just as much, if not more.
The future has a lot in store for Wong Fu Productions, and we haven’t even begun. Thank you again for following us on this 6-week journey. We’ve got the best fans, for sure. As for the immediate future… “let’s just let the sun and stars move” haha. Away we happened.

Ki Hong getting his “tan on”, literally.

Arriving at the pier for the last location of the shoot.

Trying to control the sunlight.

Our great lighting crew who helped make this series look so amazing.
