Where is the ISA LA concert held at?

Are there seats or is it standing only during the concert?
New York — there are NO seats. Webster Hall is an all standing venue. Backstage passes and VIP tickets have the choice of standing up in the balcony or standing on the ground floor. General admission ticket holders will only have access the ground floor. (Backstage passes will also have access to a special Green Room located in the Balcony Lounge on the balcony level.)
Los Angeles — there are seats, no standing. There are not assigned seats but there are assigned sections for Backstage Passes, VIP tickets, and General Admission tickets. Upon arrival inside the venue, an usher will be able to show you to your seat section.
Is there an age-limit for the concerts?
Both ISA LA and ISA NY are all age events. (including Webster Hall)
What is the line-up for New York?
The artist line-up is: David Choi, David Garibaldi, Far East Movement, Jennifer Chung, Lydia Paek, Quest Dance Crew, and Wong Fu Productions
Hosts: Kevin Wu, Lydia Paek, and Ryan Higa.
What is the line-up for Los Angeles?
The artist line-up is: AJ Rafael + friends, Alyssa Bernal, Far East Movement, Jay Park, Poreotics Dance Crew, and Wong Fu Productions
Hosts: Kevin Wu, Lydia Paek, and Ryan Higa
What time do doors open and what time does the show start?
New York — Doors open at 6:30PM. Show starts at 7:30PM.
Los Angeles — Doors open at 6:00PM. Show starts at 7:00PM.
Are there separate lines to enter the venues?
There will be a separate line for VIP tickets/Backstage Passes and General Admission. VIP ticket and Backstage Pass holders will be able to enter the venue first.

How long is the show?
Each show is approximately 2 – 2.5 hours.
Are cameras allowed inside the venues?
Yes, cameras are allowed inside the venues.
TICKET RELATED
Do you guys still have VIP or Backstage Passes available online or at the door?
Unfortunately, ALL Backstage Passes and VIP tickets have been sold out for both concerts. There will be none available for purchase online, at the ticket tour, or at the door.
I’m having trouble purchasing tickets. What do I do?
Please email store@isastaff.com and explain your issue and we will try our best to help you.
How will I be able to receive my tickets that I purchased online?
You will receive hard tickets through mail.
When will I receive my ticket(s)?
Tickets will be shipped starting the week of August 2, 2010 for tickets purchased prior to that date. Tickets purchased after August 2, 2010 will be shipped 5-6 days after your purchased date.
Will I be able to track my shipment?
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipment tracking for ticket buyers at this time. We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped, however we will not be providing any tracking info. We have an internal system that will keep track of shipments and guarantee that you receive your tickets in a timely manner.
Will I be able to buy my ticket at the door?
We will only be selling tickets at the door the day of the concert if they have not been sold online or at a ticket tour. Our last few events have sold out a few weeks before the actual event day, meaning we did not have any tickets at the door, so we suggest you purchase a ticket early on.
TICKET TOUR
When and where are the tickets tours?
Ticket Tour locations will be announced shortly. Please check our website for updates.
Los Angeles — We will have a couple of locations in Southern California that will feature some of the ISA artists.
New York — We will have at least 2 days/locations in New York where you can visit to purchase your ticket in person. **There will be no ISA artists attending these locations.
What ticket types will be sold at the ticket tour?
Only tickets that have not been sold out online will be sold at the ticket tour. At this time, we only have general admission tickets left to sell. (We will reserve a set amount of general admission tickets for each ticket tour location if tickets are close to being sold out online).
VIP / BACKSTAGE PASSES
I forgot to list my shirt size(s) when I purchased a VIP ticket or Backstage Pass.

I listed the wrong shirt size(s) when I purchased a VIP ticket or Backstage Pass. What can I do?
You can email store@isastaff.com with your order number to add your shirt size to your order or make changes to your shirt size.
However, please note that for VIP ticket holders, providing your shirt size does not guarantee you will receive the requested size. We are simply taking note of the sizes requested to use when placing our shirt order to try to ensure as many people can get the sizes they requested. Shirt sizes will still be subject to availability and distributed on a first come first serve basis.
Backstage Pass holders are guaranteed to receive the shirt size they requested..
Where do I pick up my backstage pass?
All backstage pass holders will receive special instructions via email 1.5 weeks prior to the event date with specific instructions.
Where/when can I pick up my ISA t-shirt, poster, and concert program?
VIP ticket holders can pick up their t-shirt, poster, and concert program at the ISA Merchandise booth before the show, during intermission, and after the show. Backstage passes will be able to pick up these items backstage in the Green Room.
MEET & GREET
Who is able to meet and greet with the artists?
Only those who purchase VIP tickets or backstage passes are guaranteed to meet and greet with the artists. If time permits, general admission ticket holders will be able to meet and greet as well.
When is the meet and greet session?
The meet and greet session will take place right after the show for approximately an hour.
Will all the artists be there for meet and greet?
We will try our best to have all the artists there for the meet and greet.
Can we take pictures with the artists during the meet and greet session?
Unfortunately, photographs taken with the artists will not be allowed. In order for us to try and accommodate all VIP/Backstage ticket holders to be able to meet and greet with the artists before the venue closes, we cannot allow photographs during the meet and greet session as it slows the line down substansially.
