By now you must’ve heard! Our biggest ISA ever is coming in just a few days! Coming right off the heels of an EPIC show in the San Francisco Bay Area last week, we’re about to take it to the next level. This year there was so much talent that we wanted to include that we had to take the show outdoors and make it an entire day FESTIVAL! While FM was giving their performance, I was on the side of the stage looking out at the crowd pressed against the front of the stage. I specifically looked at the faces of all the fans, trying to put myself in their shoes and guess what they were thinking based on their faces. Wide eyes, huge smiles, cameras up, hands reaching out. They’d snap a pic, show their friends, they’d say some words with smiles and laughter. I felt like we were really creating some strong and wonderful memories for these young people, and that makes me the most happy. Not the “fame” or popularity, not that we get to meet other “famous” people, none of that. It’s the fact that we are affecting lives in a positive way, even just for a night, one memory for them to look back on and say, wow…I remember that night with my friends at ISA in 2011, that was one of the best, most memorable nights of my life.

Thank you fans and supporters in San Jose and the entire Bay Area for coming out with incredible love and energy. We had a great time and you can be sure that we’ll be back again! Photos and more updates to trickle in… but for now… let’s flyyyyyYYYyyy! Up up here we go!!

It’s been a couple weeks since ISA LA. I’ve been meaning to do a big photo dump of the epicness that was ISA 2010, but there’s just too much to go through, and we’re swamped right now. Luckily, there are much more capable people out there and today AllKPop, a HUGE korean pop news site released their review of the ISA 2010 concerts with a ton of great photos and video.

I say that not just because they liked the concert, but because they actually understood what ISA really stands for, the history, and how important it is to the community. I appreciate it when people write about things that they really research or are passionate about.

In just a short three years, ISA founders Wong Fu Productions and Far*East Movement have transformed this show from a community-based project to an internationally viral platform of creative inspiration. What truly defines ISA is the fascinating relationship between the audience and artists. Avid followers get to know these artists through their YouTube videos, tweets, blogs and Facebook updates. With content so raw and honest put into motion through social media, fans are able to instantly connect with their favorite artists. For these ISA attendees, it was as if they were cheering on their friends at a sports game or recital – the energy level was intimate yet vivaciously synergetic.

ISA LA 2010 presented by JCPenney was this past weekend. And what a show. From surprise guests like Andrew Garcia and Tim De La Ghetto, and Nick Cannon…to special performances by Quest and Alyssa Bernal’s “Cali Cali Cali”, it was a show to be remembered.

No proposals this time, but what an amazing night. We feel so blessed to have been able to bring ISA so far since the first show almost exactly 2 years ago. And it’s all because of you. Seriously, we’re just guys who make videos, and somehow with good friends and great support, ISA’s 5th show (and its biggest) went off beautifully.

Man, what a weekend. Don’t even know where to start…

We’re back from one of the most EPIC weekends in WF history. Flying out to New York for our first ISA concert outside of CA thanks to JCPenney, selling out to over 1200, Far East Movement performing their next major single Rocketeer off their upcoming album “Free Wired”, but the moment that will go down in everyone’s memory forever is when Ted came out after our set by himself, then brought out his girlfriend, and got down on one knee. More nervous than I’ve ever seen him before, it was a beautiful moment that literally brought many of us to tears.

Ted, usually the quiet, “behind the scenes” one, sharing one of the most life-changing occasions of his life with 1200 people…it was astounding, and the crowd felt the same with deafening screams of excitement and joy.

Ted, you’ve been our brother to us for the last 5 years, and I’m so happy for you and Caty. You’re relationship and act of love is truly inspiring to me, and I’m sure to many of our fans and supporters. We can’t wait to see what wonderful changes this brings to your life and indirectly to Wong Fu. haha. WONG FU WEDDING!
